You can now register for the ASA2015 conference on the following link – ASA2015 registration
NB! You have to first create an account before the page allows you to register for the conference. Secure payment can be done once you have filled out all the necessary information.
Registration fee is £10. This includes lunch and coffee breaks on both days, entrance to paper and poster sessions, the round-table discussion on “Careers in Archaeology”, key-note speech by Professor Lord Colin Renfrew and wine reception. NB! Registration during the day of the conference will be £15 (exact change only).
Optional trips: When you register, you can choose from four optional trips (1 trip per person). As there are limited spaces for the trips, please only choose one. Most of the trips are free, except Rosslyn chapel. If you choose Rosslyn Chapel, you have to pay for the trip (7£) together with the registration fee. More information on conference trips here.
Optional accommodation: There is an option to pre-book your accommodation at the Castle Rock Hostel in the Old Town of Edinburgh for 3 nights (Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th and Friday 12th June 2015). Price is £45 for 3 nights and includes a bed in a shared dorm-style room. You can book (and pay) for this option when you register. This is a great offer for those who are planning on staying in Edinburgh for the full duration of the conference and do not want the hassle of looking for their own accommodation. Delegates are reminded that they are welcome to book their own accommodation elsewhere if the dates or prices are not suitable; this offer is by no means the only option to stay in the city. See a further selection of accommodation in Edinburgh here.
Registration will stay open until 7th June 2015.
DISCLAIMER: No refunds will be given.
